Amazing staff, very responsive. Room was spotless, and in great repair. All the staff were friendly, even the cook came out and greeted us at breakfast. And breakfast was delicious. The one detractor was that the jacuzzi wasn't working. On a cold winter evening after a long-distance drive, my daughter and I were really looking forward to soaking in the indoor jacuzzi, an amenity that should be kept open and in good repair. People want this. I noticed a number of Google reviews also mentioned the pool or jacuzzi being down. I had hoped they werent reflective of a norm, but perhaps they were. Other than that, they run a tight ship.

Staff was nice and welcoming! Breakfast was good! My biggest complaint was paying $150 for the room itself to turn around and pay another $150 deposit. I can understand having card on file and maybe $50 deposit but room was not worth that much of a deposit! WiFi kept kicking myself and my child off the whole entire stay! My stay was decent overall just unhappy with small things

The staff were very friendly. The location was convenient to get to the university. The breakfast eating area was nice and the pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast options were limited and there was nothing that was gluten-free. The eggs were not that great.
