The facilities need upgrading. Rooms were clean but there are a lot of homeless/sketchy people around. Walla are also paper thin so you can hear the tvs next door and any talking.

The room itself was newly renovated with fresh paint and carpet, nothing fancy. Busses would drop people off that must work in the area. The halls were noisy. Many people were standing outside. A food truck was parked on sight and many people were sitting outside eating. Just did not feel comfortable.

When we arrived to check in at approximately 8 pm, no one was at the desk. We waited 5-10 minutes until my husband yelled “Hello” and a man came to check us in. He asked if we could pay in cash for the two night stay in spite of signs at the desk stating they didn’t take cash. Our room was tucked around the far side of the building, again in spite of obviously empty rooms in between. The building between the front desk and our room was run down and seemed to have longer term residents. Our room was clean and spacious - it even had a small balcony. We only got one key card. We had 3 people staying in the room (a double queen), but only 2 towels were provided. We called the front desk to ask for another, and it took close to an hour and another phone call to get it. When the same man from the front desk delivered it, he asked for used towel in return. The beds and pillows were uncomfortably flat and hard, so much so, that we chose to drive home late the next day rather than stay. Overall, we would not recommend a stay unless necessary.

Awful stay away

Absolutely awful there are about 150 migrants hanging outside, dope deals, loud music playing. It’s like a street party going on. Management does nothing about it. Do not stay here if you want a safe quiet place to stay. If you are into parties and drugs this is your place.

Clean and basic

The hotel was clean enough and the price was great. Location was easy to get around where we needed. We ended up going out for breakfast because we went down 30 minutes before the end of breakfast and most of the food was gone. The wifi was not great but that didn't bother us too much.

Okay stay

The family reunion was fun. The hotel check in was ok. They only gave one key. I had to ask for extra towels for my granddaughter. I asked for sheets for the sofa bed and they gave me one fitted sheet. I went to Walmart and bought a set of cheap sheets. No waffles with the breakfast. You could tell that 20 years ago this was probably a nice spot, but not so much now.

This hotel is old and dated. Room smells and next to a party room so much noise. Nothing like the pictures online. Their online photos are heavily edited. I asked for two extra blankets. The front desk said will deliver one to my room but they never did. The worst part is the breakfast. When I open the food warmer cover, the scrambled eggs smells weird...but I still tried one bite and spitted it out immediately..it was spoiled!! If you looked closely, the food warmer pan never washed. All the old food deposit around the pan.....This is one of the worst hotel I ever stayed in.
