Dropped our luggage upon arrival and socialized downstairs. Came back a bit later to unpack and the room was not cleaned. There was hair on the floor, carpets had not been vacuumed (paper clip among other noticeable items on floor) and questionable stains on the window covers. Asked for a clean the next day (to divulge, we were offered another room however I was traveling as a family of 5 and that would have been a complete headache to pack up and unpack into another room) room was “cleaned” the next day and I had to vaccum the room myself after a cleaning cart was left I. The hallway and I was unable to locate crew. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was hot and had great options but definitely have opportunity on cleaning crew with standards.

The beds were comfortable and room was clean. However, several problems occured. The elevator was out of order and my handicapped wife had to climb stairs. The stairway handrail came completely off while we were climbing the stairs. The next evening the handrail was still laying on the stairs. This facility needs a handy man.

The first night we checked in the receptionist was amazing. She was so kind, and tried her best to address our concerns with the cleanliness of our room. There were a few cleanliness issues regarding our room. Stains on the couch, a weird blue scrub left in our bathroom, old food on one of the stools, and all of our towels were stained. The receptionist offered to switch us rooms. The pool/hot tub was nice but the bubbles were broken for the hot tub which made the experience a bit awkward. Overall, okay experience
