Independent cottage in the heart of a small wood in the Meygal forest, 1 km from Lac Bleu.
This small house enjoys a privileged natural setting in a beautiful environment of birch and blueberry bushes.
You will enjoy the outdoor terrace (17 m²), the private unfenced garden (approximately 1000 m²), and the small wood (1 hectare) surrounding the property.
Nearby: Lac Bleu, 1 km away. St-Julien-Chapteuil, 10 km away (church, Jules Romains Museum, weekly market, all shops and services). Slightly elevated, the ground floor is accessible from the outdoor terrace and comprises a living room (closed fireplace, oil-fired central heating, TV), a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms each with a double bed (140 cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet.
On the first floor, a small mezzanine with a relaxation area is nestled under the eaves, and there is also an attic bedroom with two single beds and a sink.
