Independent gîte in the heart of a small wood in the Meygal forest, 1 km from Lac Bleu.
This small house benefits from a privileged natural setting in a beautiful environment of birch and blueberry trees.
You will enjoy the outdoor terrace (17 m²), the private open land (approximately 1000 m²) and the small woods (1 ha) surrounding the property.
Nearby: Lac Bleu 1 km away. St-Julien-Chapteuil 10 km (church, Jules Romains museum, weekly market, all shops and services). Slightly raised, the ground floor is accessible via the exterior terrace and consists of a living room (closed fireplace, TV) with fully equipped kitchen area, 2 bedrooms with 1 140 cm bed each, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
On the 1st floor, a small mezzanine with relaxation area fitted out under the roof slope and an attic bedroom with 2 single beds and sink.
