Perched on a hill overlooking the landscapes of the Pays d'Urfé, La Champolynoise welcomes you to a passive wooden house where comfort, modernity, and respect for the environment blend harmoniously. This single-story cottage of approximately 90 m² features a pleasant living area combining a dining room, relaxation space, and fully equipped kitchen. The three bright bedrooms each offer their own unique atmosphere and direct access to a private terrace with unobstructed views of the hills. The Cannelle bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm) with the option of adding a child's bed. The Chocolat bedroom also has a queen-size bed (160 cm), while the Moka bedroom has two single beds (90 cm). Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and toilet. A dishwasher, freezer, microwave, Wi-Fi internet access, and the single-level layout contribute to a practical and comfortable stay in any season.
In summer, don't forget your pool towels! Upon arrival, you can receive a welcome basket of local products (please check with the owner). Nestled on a hillside, Le Champolynoise is a passive wooden house with contemporary lines, combining well-being and eco-friendliness in a refined atmosphere that blends charm and modernity. In the summer, you can relax in the preheated natural swimming pool overlooking a superb panorama (generally usable from June to September). Adjoining the owner's house and located in the Pays d'Urfé region, it's the ideal place to combine sport and relaxation: hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing... and exploring the local heritage. The house, a mountain biking center, lends six mountain bikes free of charge to enjoy the trails of the FFC (French Cycling Federation) Bois Noirs mountain biking area and can also rent you two electric mountain bikes. There is also a pétanque court and various children's games.
