On the 1st floor of the Eterlou1er étage residence, this apartment comprises 2 main rooms:
- Living room + open-plan kitchen equipped with dishwasher and oven; 2 sofa beds
- Separate bedroom with 2 bunk beds (140cm),
- storage cupboards (hall),
- bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC,
- sheltered 6m² south-facing balcony, very pleasant in winter.
Shops 50m away. View of the Chamroussien panorama in front of the building. Very pleasant sunshine in winter (large bay window) because south-facing.
Free parking in front of the residence.
Indoor swimming pool and spa treatments 150 m from the residence, in Recoin, or, in summer: vintage municipal pool in St Martin d'Uriage les Bains (20') (or accessible with 2 free shuttles a day), as well as in Eybens and Grenoble (30' by car).
Facilities :
- Radio CD-K7, raclette and fondue machines, toaster, microwave oven and grill, dishwasher and coffee maker.
- Small TV for real vacations with family or friends.
