At the foot of the Chamrousse 1650 slopes, in the prestigious Les Balcons du Recoin residence, just a few meters from the Recoin cable car. The apartment is on the 1st floor, with an entrance next to the reception. Modern, renovated residence with elevator and ski locker. Direct access to the slopes, shops, and hiking trails.

Cozy 65 m² apartment decorated in a chalet style with wood and stone. It accommodates up to 6 guests and offers stunning views of the valley and the Vercors mountains.
