The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 30 m² flat with mountain views and ski station within walking distance for rent in Chamrousse. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor and single-storey, it includes a lovely 15 m² living room, an open-plan fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with bath). Wifi, bed linen included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² living room with TV, sofa, fold-away bed (140×190) and a dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 2 single beds
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
Outside:
- A 12 m² south-facing balcony to enjoy the sunny days.
You can also enjoy a leisure area comprising:
- 1 heated outdoor pool (if outside temperature below 20°C)
- 1 whirlpool bath
- 1 or 2 saunas (depending on use)
- 1 fitness room
The space is accessible from 6 December 2025 to 12 April 2026 – opening dates are not binding and are subject to change by the station. Access via badge system.
The flat is ideally located in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Ski lift is about 20 meters from the listing.
Activities :
- Tyrolean traverse
- Downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing
- Hiking around the Arselle plateau
If you come out of season, almost all shops are closed. Don't hesitate to ask at the tourist office before your stay.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private outdoor car park. ( remote control for the gate )

- Nearest train station: Grenoble, 40 km away
- Nearest airport: Grenoble Alpes Isère, 80 km away
