Panoramic 505 - Vue sur la chaîne du Vercors
Cocoonr offers this 44 m² flat for rent in Chamrousse, with stunning views of the Vercors mountain range and a ski resort within walking distance. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 5th floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area opening onto an open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron.
Outside:
- A long west-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the view.
The flat is ideally located in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, ski and mountain bike hire, etc.
The slopes are accessible directly from the ski room, through a door leading to a path that joins the piste just 50 m away.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park free of charge in the car park 200 m away on foot or in the pay car park (winter season only) at the foot of the building.

- A shuttle bus from Grenoble station drops you off 250 m from the building. There is also a shuttle bus service to all parts of the resort during the winter season.
- Nearest train station: Grenoble station 30 km away (approx. 45 min)
- Nearest airport: Grenoble airport 80 km away (approx. 1h20)

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Sound insulation is not optimal; some neighbourhood noise may be heard.
- A ski locker is available.
