Detached house on 3 levels comprising on the ground floor: a living room-kitchen lounge area. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm), a bathroom (shower and WC). 2nd floor (access by a spiral staircase): converted attic space under the slopes (4 single beds 90x190 cm). Total floor area: 92 m² including the attic areas. On the heights of the village of Chanaz, nestled in a green valley, charming country house with its neat and personalized decoration, its terrace and its terraced garden bordering a stream. Very close to the heart of the village with restaurants and various activities as well as the famous oil mill dating from 1868. Access from the outside to the cellar (washing machine and dryer). Parking in front of the house (2 cars) and parking in front of the house (2 private spaces). Live to the rhythm of the water in this charming house in the heart of Chanaz, "Little Savoyard Venice"! A picturesque village on the banks of the Savières Canal, with a heritage and quality craftsmanship. A multitude of activities in the surrounding area: boat trips or paddleboarding to Lake Bourget, cycling or hiking, swimming in Lake Bourget (ports of Conjux or Châtillon), Lavours Marsh Nature Reserve.
