The 3 bedroom villa with private pool is situated in the area of Tersanas near Chania. The villa is built on two levels with the ground floor having a spacious bedroom with a separate entrance offering its visitors privacy and autonomy.

The villa’s light and relaxing colors in furniture and textiles, combined with the amenities that all guests seek for and the beautiful views are the key elements of a unforgettable and enjoyable holiday in one of the most beautiful areas in Crete.

On the ground floor is a 50sqm large bedroom with a double king size bed, a kitchenette, ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, a sofa bed, a coffee table and a free standing wardrobe. This room has a separate entrance in order to offer its guests privacy and autonomy.

On the upper level there is a fully fitted kitchen, a shaded area outside the kitchen with a dining table, the living room with the indoor dining table and two more bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed that can turn to twins, ensuite bathroom with shower and access to the pool area.
The property has a 40sqm private pool with sun beds, an outdoor dining table, and a portable BBQ. Tall cactus and local herbs and trees as well as a parcel of land planted with grass complete the outdoor area and make it beautiful.

Finally there is a private parking space for two cars.
