🚭 Smoking is allowed only on the balcony, where an ashtray is provided. Indoor smoking is not permitted.
⚠️ The studio is on an upper level and accessed by stairs, so it’s not suitable for guests with mobility issues or very heavy luggage.
🌙 Noise & Nighttime Calm
Located in a lively, authentic neighborhood where locals live, commute and work, the studio may have some everyday city sounds, including occasional noise from traffic, construction or nearby businesses. Most noise occurs outside quiet hours (15:00–17:30 & 23:00–07:00), when guests are usually out exploring the city or nature. For nighttime calm, the studio features double‑glazed windows, external shutters and blackout blinds to help reduce noise, and the area is still significantly quieter than other central parts of Chania.

🔍 Who This Space Suits — and Who It Doesn’t
This studio may not be the right fit if you’re looking for complete quiet far from the city, something more luxurious or spacious, a countryside atmosphere, or the option to smoke indoors. It’s also not ideal if you prefer a more rural environment or, on the opposite end, a very busy central location. Pets are not allowed, so it won’t suit guests who wish to travel with animals.
However, if the lowest possible price is your main priority and you don’t mind whether the studio is left empty before and after each stay or whether we carry out chlorine‑ and steam‑based disinfection, then this may not be the right choice for you. We leave the studio unoccupied before and after every booking and perform thorough disinfection, which increases our costs but ensures a higher level of cleanliness and safety
