Welcome to our conveniently located beachside home! Nestled just a short 50-meter walk from the vibrant Nea Chora sandy beach and a leisurely 10-minute walk to the iconic Venetian Harbor! Accommodating up to five guests, our space boasts two bedrooms, an open plan kitchen living room and sea-view balcony. Ideal for sightseeing enthusiasts and those seeking a comfortable city retreat, by the beach. Air con (3 units), Wifi, 2 smart TVs, washer & dishwasher & private parking space!
Welcome to our comfy & spacious flat (77m2), perfect for up to 5 guests! The primary bedroom features a double bed(1.60x2.00), an ensuite dressing room, and a 48’ Smart TV, while the second bedroom offers a double bed (1.35x2.00) plus small TV. An extra double sofa bed is available in the living room.
The open-plan kitchen and living room provide a cozy ambiance with a three-seater sofa, an armchair, a 60’ Smart TV and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher and all essential appliances to prepare any meal of the day. There is a modern bathroom with a shower and a washer.
Stay cool/warm and comfortable throughout, thanks to the A/C units in all three areas!
Our flat highlights a balcony, ideal for your outdoor meals or relaxation! Nea Chora sandy and organized beach is just down the road (50 meters away) offering a wide range of seaside cafes, fish taverns and restaurants.
Within a 10 minute walk, you can wander around the scenic cobbled alleys of the Old Town or walk around the Venetian Harbor. At the city’s central bus station, located just 1km away, you can find bus routes connecting all major points of the island of Crete and all the famous beaches and sights to the north or south.
If you decide to rent a car, a private parking space is available right on the building’s entrance just for your convenience!
