What a beautiful hotel. Very aesthetic and very guest oriented. Kyriaki is brilliant and so very guest oriented. Every query of ours was reverted to regardless of what time we asked. Our stay was wonderful and the view from our room with balcony so beautiful. Amenities are very well laid, and housekeeping does a wonderful job daily in cleaning and resetting the room. Alcanea Boutique Hotel is an absolute gem in Chania! Eva was exceptional, checking in on us when our flight was delayed, providing us with detailed recommendations of restaurants and beaches then following up with us on our return. The location was incredible and the interior and exterior of the 500 year old building provided for such a unique experience. Despite it being an older historical building the rooms were updated with great amenities. I’d recommend this to anyone, the best place we stayed on our Europe travels!

Quaint and lovely!

This amazing quaint hotel on the waterfront was just what we needed! A welcome surprise for first-time visitors to Chania. It had a lovely historic feel with alcoves, patios, windows, and beautiful views. The breakfast was delicious and the room was tidy and spacious and quiet. Decorations were reminiscent of an old villa. And the staff were so attentive and lovely! Highly recommend!

Romantic holiday

We are so glad we booked this small hotel. In the end of the harbor with great location and view over the lighthouse and the city. The staff was so friendly and you could tell they loved the hotel. The house is old But very charming and many old details are still there. We loved the room, it was clean, very comfortable bed, the bathroom was nicely decorated. If you looking for a small hotel with lots of love and style you should definitely book this!
