Chania Four Seasons Maisonnete is located in a historic, beautiful and quiet area, close to nature, called Parigoria.
Parigoria is a great place to relax as it is a hub between the coastal route to Platanias and the city of Chania.
Parigoria is an old small Asia Minor village in the neighborhood of the modern city of Chania just two kilometers away from the city.
Access to the sea on foot is very easy for Chrysi Akti, Aptera beach and Nea Chora beach - beaches with strong picturesqueness and tourist traffic near Chania.
The newly built maisonette is 86 sq.m. and it is only 5 minutes away by car from the 5 nearest beaches and 2 km from the center. It is located next to the center of Chania in a quiet location after Nea Chora.
A beautiful romantic route from the maisonette is by road starting towards new Chora, continuing along the beaches, ending up in the Old Town of Chania at a distance of 2.5 kilometers, the most pulsating touristic historical point of the city. The property is 24 km from Chania International Airport.
During your stay, don't miss visiting some of the best beaches in Crete, such as Falasarna. Elafonisi and the famous beach of Balos and enjoy our traditional culinary recipes.


The accommodation

It is a modern house, developed on two levels, with a private parking space (free) in the yard of the residence. It is furnished and equipped, with a panoramic view of the entire city.
It has air conditioners in all rooms and living spaces, there is a smart TV in the living room, books and toys, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, a hair dryer, and an iron for clothes and an ironing board.
It is ideal for a family or two couples, as it has two bedrooms with a double bed in each, a sofa bed on the ground floor and a double sofa in the living room, and a babycot for one bedroom (upon prior notice). The rooms have large built-in wardrobes. It has a toilet per floor, a large one on the floor next to the bedrooms with a bathtub and a simple W.C. on the ground floor.

The division of functions in the maisonette is a single living room with kitchen and W.C. on the ground floor, both bedrooms with the main toilet upstairs.
It also has a balcony with a sitting room that can be accessed from both bedrooms, where the view is panoramic and magical, especially at night. The entire space has heating, hot water and free wi-fi.

Shops such as supermarkets, bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations, taverns, etc. are very close and are easily accessible either on foot or by car.
It has an unobstructed view of Chania and the nearby area is literally an opening to the sea since it is a hill with the sea on one side.
We follow all hygiene rules when cleaning the apartment and comply with the increased requirements of this period
