Immaculate hotel in the heart of old town Chania. The staff is professional, knowledgable, friendly and courteous. On our last evening the staff delivered a gorgeous desert to our room with compliments of the hotel. An elegant touch.

This property is such a hidden gem. The staff, the property and location is simply fantastic. I definitely will be staying here again in the future. This place should be sold out 100 percent of the time. Great end to our holiday vacation trip to Greece. 5 stars and more all around.

They capture the "boutique" experience perfectly.

This hotel was really special (the online pictures do not capture how great the property is). We had the larger room for our family of 4 and it was really great. The staff was extremely attentive and the breakfast was lovely (an excessive amount of food and lattes were offered!!). They even offer to bring the breakfast to your room if you prefer. They directed me to a free public lot for parking which was about a 7 minute walk. We would absolutely stay here again.

A stunning and amazing hotel!! It exceeded all our expectations. We loved our room, the building, our breakfasts, the staff were lovely, very helpful with top customer service. Strongly recommend it for a short or long stay. It is centrally located in the Old Chania district, with shops, restaurants and the harbour around the corner. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Elisia for a memorable stay.

Beautifully appointed in the perfect location - in the center of everything but very quiet in the room. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. On our first day we were going to miss breakfast, so they packed us to-go breakfasts. That is just one example of the many kind and helpful things they did to make our trip special.

We had a truly memorable one-week stay at Elysia Boutique Hotel in Chania and can’t recommend it highly enough! This brand-new hotel combines modern, elegant design with the perfect location—right in the heart of Chania Old Town. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our very early check-in, which made a huge difference for us and our two small children after a long, early morning flight. We stayed in a spacious Junior Suite that felt both comfortable and safe for the kids, and it worked perfectly for our needs. We were even kindly offered an upgrade to their beautiful double room suites, but chose to stay in our original suite to avoid stairs with the little ones. The staff were incredibly understanding and responded to all our requests quickly and helpfully. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with a well-curated menu that exceeded expectations. One of the most touching moments was when the hotel team surprised us with a birthday cake for my wife—it was a wonderful and thoughtful gesture that made our stay truly unforgettable. On the day of our early departure, they had thoughtfully prepared a generous takeaway breakfast for the whole family, which was much appreciated. Elysia Boutique Hotel is a gem with a bright future ahead. We would like to thank them and wish them all the best and would return in a heartbeat!
