The full renovation of the apartment has been finished in March 2022 and this beautiful and modern flat is now ready to welcome our guests!
The apartment is located in the city centre, very close to the main bus station, supermarkets, bakery and all the amenities you may need during your stay.
This apartment is composed of two bedrooms with large closets, a modern and comfortable bathroom and an open space with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, TV and a comfy sofa.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms.
One bedroom with a double bed, a big closet and a balcony. Also one bedroom with 2 single beds with a big closet.
Next to the bedrooms, you will find a modern bathroom with a laundry machine.
There is an open space with a kitchen, a living room and a dining table. It offers all the modern comfort to spend enjoyable holidays!
A small balcony on the street side is also accessible.
All the areas of the apartment have wi-fi and air conditioning.
You will have full and unique access to the apartment and the roof garden during your stay.
The apartment is on the first floor and there is no elevator in the building.

The district where is located the apartment is a very central neighbourhood of Chania, where you will find all the needed amenities within a very short walking distance.
It is also located 5 minutes by walk from the Old Harbour - where you find many restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment is 10 minutes by walk from Nea Chora beach which is the closest beach of Chania city centre surrounded by many fish taverna where you can enjoy lunch or dinner.
The main bus station of Chania is 2 minutes by walk from the apartment and it has connections to all the other main cities of Crete (Heraklio, Rethymno, Kissamos) and the other touristic attractions of the island (beaches, Omalos where Samaria gorge path is starting for instance).

If you decide to rent a car, you can park in the streets around the apartment for free. Please note that the apartment doesn't have a private parking space.
Visiting Crete by bus is also a very easy and convenient option as the main bus station leading you to all the other cities on the island or beaches is just 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
Taxis can be found on Square 1866, which is 6 minutes walking from the apartment.

Comfortable & Clean apt with good location!

Nice and clean new apartment. Walking distance from the old City of Chania. Good location! They had some refreshments on the refrigerator for us, it was very kindly gesture. Easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this place. Boston Family

Sehr empfehlenswert

Von CheckIn/Empfang, über Information, Wohnung insgesamt bis zur günstigen Lage (zum Zentrum oder Strand leicht zu laufen ~10min) und dem CheckOut: alles entspannt und sehr angenehm. Parken mit PKW ist etwas schwierig, aber möglich.Großzügige Räume, alle mit Fliegengitter(!), volle Ausstattung, außer --jammern auf hohem Niveau-- Nudelsieb, Ouzo-Gläschen ;-), Geschirr/Besteck/Töpfe sind ausreichend, aber etwas genau "abgezählt", geringfügig mehr wäre besser. Grundausstattung zur Ankunft mit einigen Snacks und Basis-Lebensmitteln/Gewürzen toll. Danke! Verbesserungsvorschlag: zusätzlicher Schlüssel, ist bei 4 Personen schon mal nötig & sinnvoll. Dachterrasse wie erwartet, leider wegen Wetter kaum genutzt. Die Stadt selbst ist wirklich interessant und hat Spaß gemacht.
