Our stone-built villa provides the perfect harmony of luxury and tranquility, boasting a private swimming pool and stunning outdoor terraces surrounded by our olive grove. Ideally located in between Chania city and the seaside resorts of Agia Marina, and Platanias, and just a stone's throw away from Crete's largest Limnoupolis Water Park, our villa offers the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. Heliopetra Lux Villa is a spacious 175m2 residence that comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in three double bedrooms. The open-plan living room features comfortable sofas, an 80 inch TV, and a balcony door that provides direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen, located in the same area, includes a dishwasher and a dining table.

The villa boasts one luxurious master bedroom with a king-size bed and a shower cabin, and two additional bedrooms with queen-size beds that share a main bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. All bedrooms have air conditioning units, TVs and offer stunning views of either the pool or the mountains.

Outside, guests can enjoy the private swimming pool, which includes a baby pool, as well as ample outdoor space that includes a covered terrace with a stone-built barbecue and a stone oven for additional dining options.

Heliopetra Villa is located in the suburbs of Chania and just a 15' drive to the famous Venetian Harbour. For fun seeking guests, our villa is situated at just 3 minutes walk from Limnoupolis Water Park, Crete’s largest Waterpark and a 3 minutes walk from Chania’s Go Kart piste.

For those who enjoy sunbathing and swimming in the sea, the nearest sandy beach is at about 11’ drive, while hiking enthusiasts can start by the nearby Therissos Gorge.

Heliopetra Villa is located in the suburbs of Chania and a number of well-known seaside locations such as Kalamaki, Agia Marina or Platanias are within 13-20 minutes of driving distance. The seaside part of the area is a well-developed resort that attracts a large number of visitors each summer with many different well-organized sandy beaches that provide all possible touristic services, beach bars, restaurants and water sports facilities.

The center of Chania with its cosmopolitan Venetian Harbor is located at a 15 minute drive from the villa. During high season there is usually a taxi rank outside the Water Park and there are also regular bus services to Chania city center.


- The house has 6 exterior cameras that will be deactivated when guests arrive.

*Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €15 per night, while from November to March, it is €4 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
