Kambos Villa is a brand new house located in Platanias village, 9 km from the center of Chania city one of the most popular holiday destinations in Greece. The villa offers privacy as it’s located in a fenced olive tree property; it’s only 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and 7 minutes by foot from the center of Platanias village. The Villa is designed with respect to the natural environment and interior decorated with minimalist style. Kambos Villa combines serenity and privacy with your daily needs and holiday activities as in a short walking distance you can find super market, grocery, bakery, restaurants, café etc.
The 105 m2 villa consists of a ground floor looking in a patio, a garden and a 32m2 swimming pool and a first floor looking in a wide terrace with a sea view.
In the ground floor there is a comfortable living and dining room area elegantly furnished (Zaira Collection) , an open kitchen (fully equipped) and a bedroom with a private bathroom, two singe or one double bed (upon request) all of them with a pool and garden view.
On the top floor there are two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single or one double bed (upon request). Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, both facing the terrace with an outdoor sitting and relaxing furniture and with a sea view.
The outdoor space of Kambos Villa offers a 32 m2 swimming pool, sunbeds, an outdoor dining area, a grass-flower garden, a 500 m2 olive tree field and private parking area.
The villa is equipped with satellite TV, wi-fi internet, air conditioning, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven, hairdryer, washing machine, ironing equipment, alarm safety system, pool towels, bathroom towels, toiletries, basic pharmacy and fire extinguishers.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
