Villa 'Margarita's 3' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Margarita’s Villa III is one of five autonomous villas set on a 10,000-square-meter estate, surrounded by olive groves with views of the mountains and sea. Each villa is designed to ensure complete privacy from the others.



Margarita’s Villa III is ideally located between the center of Chania and the town of Agia Marina, close to several sandy beaches. The villa spans 177 m² across three levels and can accommodate up to six guests in its three bedrooms.



Ground Floor

The ground floor features an air-conditioned independent studio apartment with a private entrance. This area offers a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed (1.75 x 2.00 m) and direct access to a large terrace and the pool area. It also includes a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests, a kitchenette with a dining table, and a bathroom with a shower.



First Floor

Upon entering the villa on the first floor, you will find a spacious open-plan area with a living room and kitchen. The living room is air-conditioned and furnished with a large sofa, a 50” satellite HDTV, a fireplace, and an office area. Large sliding doors open to a balcony with outdoor furniture and beautiful sea and mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen includes an indoor dining area and high-quality fixtures and appliances, as well as two balconies—one leading to the outdoor dining table, barbecue area, and pool. There is also a WC on this floor.



Second Floor

The second floor has two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. One bedroom has a king-size bed (1.75 x 2.00 m) and two private balconies—one with mountain and sea views, and another with mountain views. The second bedroom has two single beds (1.00 x 2.00 m), which can be joined to create a double bed (2.00 x 2.00 m).

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
