A entrada da garagem é difícil e perigosa pois está numa Av.de auto trafego. Recepcionistas mau treinadas não fornece as informações basicas.Ex senha do Wi-Fi por escrito,se tem restaurante, academia,piscina, as camas são muito estreitas,o box é minusculo e ainda para piorar tem uma prateleira na parede errada.O hotel é muito silencioso e o café da manha é muito bom

Quarto muito bom, talvez um pouco apertado. Era um duplo e eu estava sozinha, então não me afetou. Achei a cuba da pia pequena e o box mal planejado pois vaza água para fora. Acho que poderia ter uma piscina ou jacuzzi para relaxar no final do dia. Achei a recepcionista um pouco mal preparada pois minha amiga que estava em outro quarto quis confirmar no check-in se o quarto era para Não fumante e ela respondeu que não sabia. Sou bastante detalhista mas certamente voltaria a me hospedar no hotel. Achei falta da água cortesia para membros Hilton Honors, não havia e a recepcionista nem sabia do que se tratava. E eu imaginei que fosse praxe em todos hotéis da rede, independente de ser Hilton, Hampton inn, ou no caso Tru by Hilton.
