This custom built home is wonderful for entertaining and privacy. Enjoy 12 secluded acres with wooded walking trails and a calm creek just 15 minutes from campus and Franklin St. With an open concept first floor there is plenty of room for relaxing, dining, and enjoying family and friends. Exclusive Brazilian walnut floors on first level with custom cabinets, high end appliances and a large living area with smart tv and fireplace. First floor also includes an office area that can be used as a kids gaming set up or professional area for writing, zoom meetings, or productivity. Finally the first floor offers a full laundry room adjacent to the two car garage.

The primary bedroom, also in Brazilian walnut, is valuted with an adjacent sitting area. The sitting area has a full sofa, large smart tv, and standing desk for private work.
