Welcome to Pecan, you will know when you walk in this amazing space.. the cold air/fresh vibe, you will come for a weekend and want to stay for the month. All you need to enjoy Folly Beach or DT Charleston short or long term. W/D full kitchen and Q sofa pull out. Larger group? Please see our other listing, Magnolia, for 2/2 (sleeps 6) can be rented together max of 9 pp. Trailered boats are welcome to access 3 boat ramps <5m. ENJOY!
The space
Beautifully remodeled open floor plan offers a private master bedroom with attached bathroom. Our kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and basic cookware. Everything needed to prepare meals at the house. Coffee maker(kuerig single serve) , hair dryer, iron, extra linens provided. Couch has a fold out queen bed and the new smart TV is ready for you to log onto your favorite apps, WIFI provided. Stacked washer/dryer combo with detergent on site. There is a charcoal grill on the front patio.
Guest access
This is a private detached apartment. If not rented with the main house the driveway and yard with fire pit is currently a shared space but we are working on making this completely secluded in the future. There is separate recreational space in the front of the apartment and a very private area in the back that would be out of sight to anyone renting the main house.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Battery Number 5 Marker. You'll find features like laundry facilities. A kitchen and a patio are available in the vacation home.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if in the area. Nina, the host, was quick to respond. The studio was perfect for 2 people and very clean and cozy! We found it to be a great location.

Very cute get-away and perfect for two people. Kinda noisey from street traffic at night but not unbearable. It was a fun stay.

Great house

Great house and very responsive owner. Only downside is because of the setup not much privacy bathroom wise but not a big deal

Cute little cottage

We enjoyed our stay here and the closeness to Folly Beach. The bed has the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on!! It was amazing! The only problem we encountered was with the parking. The people that were staying in the neighboring property took our parking spaces, which made us have to park in front of their rental. It was very inconvenient when we were leaving. I think it needs to be more clearly marked.

Family Vacation

My family and I stayed here for our first trip to Charleston. It was very conveniently located between Folly Beach, which is still a nice little beach town. Not majorly built up or covered in condos. And Charleston, and beautiful historical city with lots to do. It was a great trip and this place made it much better as it was a nice little house to come back after our adventures.
