The property was just as nice as advertised and in a great location to get to downtown Charleston or Folly Beach. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
Our first 2 month getaway from cold winter weather! Everything we needed was at the condo. Location was great. We encountered no issues and our friends and family who joined us for long weekend stays, loved it.
This is a great property that is conveniently located just outside Folly Beach with easy access to downtown Charleston and James Island. Very quiet, safe and clean with a grocery store nearby and plentiful, convenient parking. David was accessible and helpful. We would stay here again.
Came down for the first time in September and loved it. We have been renting Dave’s condo for a dozen years and love the location. He recently upgraded the mattress’s to adjustable ones and are very comfortable
You couldn’t ask for a more central location to Folly Beach and Historic Charleston! The condo is up to date and large with King beds in both bedrooms. Living room furniture is very comfortable. We would definitely return!

Great place to stay!!!
We (2 adults and 3 children) rented this apartment in June 2013. It's very comfortable, it has top quality furniture and linens, the kitchen has everything you might need, the pool is great and the location is perfect. It's only 3 minutes to the beach and restaurants and 10 min to downtown Charleston. We had a great time and would love to come back next year :)
We just spent the most amazing three months at this condo. It’s perfectly equipped, wonderfully decorated and conveniently located. And David was the perfect host. Anything we needed he was very quick to provide or correct. We wouldn’t hesitate to return for another great vacation.

Beautiful Condo!
I rented this condo for 2 months (Oct-Dec 2013) while I was temporarily living in Charleston for work. It is an amazing place to stay! The description and pictures listed on this website are very accurate. The decor is beautiful and the condo comes well stocked with linens, towels, cookware, dinnerware, kitchen utensils, wireless internet, etc. The king beds in both bedrooms are extremely comfortable and both bedrooms have tv's with cable. There is plenty of closet space and drawer space in the dressers for a long stay.
The condo is a short ride to Folly Beach and close to Downtown Charleston as well. There is also a beautiful pool. David is very friendly and was very helpful during my stay. I highly recommend this rental!
Location is just right, 10 minute drive to beach and downtown Folly. Located across the highway from grocery store and gas. 20 minute from Charleston proper. The pool is well maintained!
This is in a condo complex so the elevator is the best attraction!
I loved the condo and location BUT. He had the WORST TV AND WIFI reception I have ever experienced. I did tell him and he had the cable company come over and change boxes however they said it was probably his Router: he did not change that😫 other than that I liked it , thank GOD I had my iPad to watch tv on.
This was our second year here. Loved it the first time, but being more familiar with area this time,we were able to explore more opportunities. Lots to do and the beach and pool are great!

This was an excellent place to stay. Close to Folly Beach and Charleston. Highly recommend it. The folks in the complex were extremely friendly.

Beautiful property, very well appointed. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood was wonderful to walk throughout. Folly Road is quite busy as the area continues to be developed. Quick drive to Folly Beach and easy trip onto the peninsula.
We have been coming to Pelican Point for about 10 years. Perfect location.
Currently some construction work going on which is to be expected. Slight inconvenience but we still totally enjoyed the place and location. Hopefully looking forward to coming back again next year. The owner Dave is very responsive and easy to deal with. Rick & Denise Grasela

The condo was breathtaking!
The condo was very well stocked and the location was great, 2 miles from the ocean! There were a lot of pamphlets and books on the coffee table about things to see and do in the area. There was a fabulous grocery store just across the street that we walked to for all of our food and miscellaneous items.

Amazing condo to visit Historic Charleston
We have been coming to Charleston for the last 5 years and stay in Charleston or Mt Pleasant. This year we decided to try James Island and stayed at David's condo for a month. The location is just great. We were 5 minutes to Folly Beach and 15 minutes to downtown Charleston. There is a Harris Teeter across the street as well as many places to eat out. The condo is nicely decorated and has all the amenities needed. The bed is extremely comfortable. The condo is a bit dark as there are windows on only one side. The condo also faces the street and the traffic noise, with the slider door open, was noisy and loud during busy time of the day. We recommend this condo while visiting Charleston.

Perfect Location
