This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated dependency or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old hardwood floors, tall ceilings, original moldings, plasterwork, windows, and doors exude a special warmth, character, and charm that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. The exterior copper roof and guttering provide additional warmth and character. It`s the real deal!

Super cute accommodations with your own private garden. Close to shops and restaurants but not right in the middle of all people or traffic. Easy to park, easy to get on the highway to explore the surrounding area outside of downtown. I would definitely stay again.

Location location location!!!

Perfect location to enjoy the best of King Street and restaurants! Also very easily accessible to nearby highways. The apartment was exactly as pictured, very well stocked! Would stay here again and have already sent to friends for future stays. (The one and only downside was that the people staying in the apartment above us were very loud as early as 3am getting in from bars and waking us up.) Other than that it was perfect!

The place was amazing and close to everything. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the unit. They only thing I’d recommend is maybe spraying for mosquitoes as I got bitten up heavily while sitting in the lovely courtyard. (My fault though for not bringing bug spray). We would definitely stay again!

Family trip

We brought my parents to Charleston for the first time and this place was perfect for two couples. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the courtyard area as well. The kitchen had everything we needed for lite breakfasts and the off-street parking was incredibly convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Great for a getaway

We spent a long weekend, and the place was great. It’s close enough to walk everywhere, but some of the places like the Market and Battery were longer walks, so give yourself time, or grab an Uber. Off street parking was great!

Charleston Family Trip

We stayed at this property to move our son into CofC. The unit was clean, very comfortable and well stocked with everything needed for a nice stay! Great location to King Street and approximately 2 miles to the waterfront. The courtyard was wonderful with water fountains and comfortable couches and tables with chairs. There was also a very helpful itinerary with restaurant recommendations! We will definitely be back!
