Our property is a legally permitted vacation rental as required by Charleston City ordinance. Our certificate of operational number is OP2025-06801

One block from the heart of the entertainment district of Upper King Street. You will know you are in the South when you are greeted by 6 large palms, a live oak, and a large sycamore tree at the front of the property.

The property consists of three rental units. Unit A which is the bottom floor of the historic house (this listing), Unit B which is the top floor of the historic house and Unit C which is the house in the back of the property.

When you step into Unit A off of the front porch, you will enter the living space. This area features an original fireplace and historic hardwood floors. The home was fully restored and renovated to provide Charleston charm with modern convenience.

This property is in the perfect location for a downtown Charleston experience. Within a block you can grab a coffee and pastry, enjoy an early evening cocktail and enjoy boutique shopping in the afternoon. All without walking the two blocks to King Street!
