Everything was good. I had an issue with the lock box in the room. It was fixed but it took me asking multiple times. Also, there was not breakfast one morning, although it may have been due to the winter storm.

one the hotel room card was never available, the staff had to let me in everyday, next i found bugs in the bed and in the hotel room i was bitten many times- i went ahead and left the hotel early from my stay. it was nasty and the hotel staff was incompetent, i will never stay at this hotel again and suggest the health board visit this hotel.
