The staff was pleasant and helpful. However, the hotel is showing its age. For the price I expected better. It is an older hotel. The vending machine only took exact change, and I was told to use the one at the hotel next door. We stayed there because it was close to the hospital.

The property is in a good location next to everything I needed. The beds are comfortable and it's quiet. The receptionist Ms.Joeann is everything! She made sure my stay was comfortable and that I had everything I needed. I will be staying again soon.

Great stay for a great price. Curtains made the room really dark, even with the sun shining directly on the window. Super friendly staff. There is a $60 refundable deposit that wasn’t mentioned

Customer service was very poor at checkin on 10/17/2025. Front desk lady spoke with an attitude and displayed a poor skills when talking to me as I checked in to my room. After talking to her during checkin I would have changed hotels if I could.

Clean Room for a little older hotel. I would recommend. Good for the price! Property grounds were spotless. I missed breakfast so cannot comment. Great parking!! I will stay there again!
