Just 8 minutes from the Credit One Stadium, 20 minutes to downtown Charleston and less than 15 minutes to Shipyard Park. The home is professionally managed by Royall Stays
The Space:
1 King bed, 2 Full Beds, 1 Queen Pull out Sofa Bed, Pack and Play provided
*Please Note: We operate our houses like a luxury hotel, just check in with a code and leave your towels on the floor when you check out. We take care of it all. Our linens are brand new and professionally laundered.
Other Things to Note:
Parties are strictly prohibited at all of our properties. Additionally, serving alcohol to minors is not allowed under any circumstances.
Royall Stays will not offer any refunds due to Storms, Tropical Storms or Hurricanes. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your reservation in the event of severe weather.
If you have not purchased travel insurance, you will not be eligible for any additional refund(s) outside of our cancellation policy if a storm were to pass through the Carolinas.
