All Inside Furniture is to remain inside at all times. Cushions should be kept in the storage bins located on the back deck when they are not in use.
Quiet time begins at midnight until 8 am everyday and will be enforced by neighbors.
No parking is permitted anywhere except the gravel driveway or the front pull in area off of the street on the right front corner of the property.
