I am not able to rate anything. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk clerk told me that my reservation had been canceled - not by them. So I can only surmise it was canceled by you, Expedia. Since they could not give me the discount rate I was promised, I was forced to go to another hotel. It was very stressful and goes without saying (actually) that I won't be using Expedia again.

The room was good besides the lights always flickering and cutting off by themselves. The water in the bathroom was never hot.

The room was organized and smell cleaned. The hot breakfast was a big sucess for us to save money. The pillows needs some improvement. The room key stoped working at some point, had to visit the front desk, the lady was just blah, not very welcoming. Other than that it was a good stay.
