Excellent stay At the Comfort Suites Charleston West Ashley. Very clean room, large comfy bed with plenty of pillows as well as a nice cozy living area with sofa, chair and big screen tv Very friendly staff made it a breeze to check in. Wonderful free breakfast offered at 6:30 in the morning. I slept better than at my own bedroom.

Room was ok, pictures look better. Common areas/carpet was just nasty. Carpeting desperately needs cleaning and vacuum in all halls. Staff had a fit when we turned on lights in the dining/lobby area to eat our waffle and coffee because it was 6:58 and not 7….ridiculous! Won’t be back, plenty of other hotels to stay.

Rented a room for two adults two children in a king room with a pull out sofa bed. Sofa bed was not premade as the case in other hotels nor was a blanket, pillows, pillowcase sheets in the room. Upon calling the front desk I was asked to come down and retrieve bedding for the pullout sofa. Bedding contains a thin blanket and hotel informed me they did not have an extra one.

This time, the room I was assigned due to traffic outside was noisy. The attendant at the front desk was very helpful and reassigning me to a new room the following day. She was very curious and understanding. Her first name started with an “N.” The new room assigned was very clean and was “2” queen beds instead of a king. but that was fine.
