No one at the check in desk for quite some time. The room was large, nicely decorated and clean. But temperature control was bad- constantly ran from heat to air conditioning so we were alternatingly warm then cold.

Floors were not totally clean. Breakfast was seriously lacking and almost empty by 7:50 am and we were told that was it for meat and eggs would take 5 minutes but after 20 nothing showed up. Decaf coffee was lukewarm. One yogurt was available . The staff in charge of this area appears to have been woken up by front desk to help… but did nothing anyway and was obvious she wasn’t to eager to help. Definitely wouldn’t stay again .

Clean room, comfy bed. The night front desk clerk, Amanda?, was very friendly and helpful. Otherwise, the front desk person was not to be found. There was some sort of group gathering that made the lobby noisy during the morning and evening and we were staying down the hall so it was bothersome. I'd stay again.

Where to start? Room given was dirty and next to the lobby / dining area. Another family was in those two areas constantly. Multiple complaints were made by ourselves and other guests but we were told there was nothing that could be done. Between 11pm (the supposed quiet hours) and 2am, this group was beyond loud. Hollering, drinking, and just overall disrespectful to other guests. More complaints were made and the attendant said if they keep it up, I promise we’ll call the police for disturbing the peace. Less than 20 minutes later they were back at it, waking others up. The attendant then aid she could not do anything about it. Each complaint brought promises of resolving and yet it never stopped until I guess they tired out and went to bed (around 3am). Breakfast was basically nothing. The eggs and bacon were empty. This was with a couple of hours left for breakfast to be served. The only thing available was coffee and cereal. Oh and some stale dried out pastry thing.
Random hairs (not ours) on sink, in tub and on the floor.
Tub was dirty.
Walls were water stained and smelled of mold.
Rust was literally peeling off and falling each time the bathroom door opened or closed.
