This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

There were a lot of good things, but 2 things made it a little uncomfortable at times. Good Things: clean, great communication, easy check in, great location (not to far/not too close to the main streets), a lot of space (could easily house 5 if you squeeze), well maintained, nice bathroom, great amenities already there. Annoying Things: wifi is really terrible unless you are right next to it (was bad in the bedrooms), the shower water temp oscillates quickly and violently between very hot and very cold which made showering a race to the finish line.Overall a 3/5 because the wifi and showering were 2 of the main things we needed the space for besides sleeping.

Stay was enjoyable other then the battle of getting in the drive way with the construction guys ,a shower that you couldn't get to stay one temp it was either scolding hot or freezing cold ,and the last 2 days having to share a drive way with people who dont read and or just didn't care that they were taking up the whole drive way till i blocked them in and they had to come ask for me to move so they could get out ! Outside of all that it was enjoyable great location central to everything and it was definitely quiet !!

The location of the property was within walking distance to points of interest. We did not appreciate the construction going on next to the rental and having to listen and look at the job site while trying to sit on the porch.

Parked the car and walked or took the free bus to the historic district (daytime only). It's a long walk, but flat. Pretty quiet except for a 2am banging on the door by 4 police officers (I guess it's nice to know they're in the area). Good wi-fi. Complete and timely communications. -Furnishings are worn out. Minimal tiny travel-size soap/shampoo. Visible/adjacent properties are run down.
