The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

This was perfect for my cousins' get together! Loved that we had a living room to hang out instead of separate hotel rooms and not being together. They also had everything we would need for a comfortable stay. Easy but slightly longer walk up and down King St so we got to see everything.

Very clean property. However, I recommend better furniture in the living room. Also, better tv streaming or wifi accessibility. Clean or exterminate for mosquitoes at the front entrance. A chair for all bedrooms for sitting.The perferct location to the city and key tourist spots. Very nice complimentary amenities. Overall, the price was outstanding for the time stayed. Thank you!

Perfect property for its location close to the centre of Charleston. The property was comfortable and well equipped for our stay. Nice touch was the range of bathroom products available for our stay. Off street parking was a real bonus.

Excellent.We arrived after Dark, fence blocked brick building & pink door. My friend had to get out of the car & that is how we found the location. I would update the directions. It is walkable to restaurants & coffee shops.

Cute house, great location

The house had everything we needed. The location was great for easy access to downtown attractions and access to US17 to get off the peninsula for trips to Patriots Point, Sullivan’s Island, plantation tours, and Folly Beach.

Close to King Street

The house was clean. The bed’s were comfortable. Location to King Street, great, but construction started across the street at 7:30 AM. It was our daily alarm that woke us. Continuing until 4:00 PM. Fortunately, we stayed out sightseeing and enjoying Charleston.The hallway to upstairs was very dark with limited lighting. Someone could fall down the stairs, maybe add some extra lighting.Additionally, it maybe a good idea to add safety strips to bottom of upstairs tub. The shower door in the master bedroom would continue to come off tracks when getting in. There were five of us ladies who stayed in the house.All of us are on the smaller size so we were not rough with things. We appreciated the quick response to getting the dishwasher tabs as we were having to wash dishes. Other than those issues we enjoyed the house and location.

Clean and easy checkin

We had a group of 3 women for a girls weekend; this was a great 3 bedroom house with plenty of room. The house came spotless - the cleanliness was amazing. The one thing I would say is we felt like we were just on the edge of the neighborhood being shady. We walked everywhere; King Street is only a few minutes walk. We loved walking. Just the last bit until we got back to the house at night was not the best. Besides that, it was about a 40 minute walk to the Pineapple Fountain area which was very doable - so much to see on the way. Charleston is an extremely cute town! Lots of great restaurants and shopping. Of course there are Ubers too. Thanks for a great stay!

Charleston week for the big 60

The house was quaint and in the historic district. Plenty of room for our group of five. Pulling out of the driveway was difficult but with someone watching the traffic and guiding it was really no problem. I was aware from previous reviews. The building next door has an iris mural which made the house and driveway easy to fine.

Nice place

Location is great, very clean and comfortable. The only recommendation is that needs some extra kitchen supplies, (like serving bowls). The bodega right on the corner was very convenient for last minute stuff. I will definitely choose to stay in this place again
