The room was fine but it seems like it took me half of my night to enter my room because some kind of mixed up that the staff said it was the hotel fault. Didn't have any toilet tissue in my bathroom in room 721 and I had to go down stairs to use the lobby restroom. Almost had a serious accident by the time I got to the restroom waiting on the elevator to come. When I checked out, no one still didn't bring any toilet tissue. Seems like I waited all night before checking in my room cause no one didn't call me like they said to let me know when the room was ready. I always love staying at this hotel cause the staff are very friendly but this time was my worst experience and I am very disappointed this time.

Everything was great but be aware an airport shuttle is advertised and my flight landed at 10 pm and shuttle only goes 5:30 am - 10 pm. So had to get other transportation. The remodel is beautiful and breakfast is lovely.

NO kids above level 2 or 3 however, I’ll get back to that…… The room was clean and staff was nice. Breakfast was pretty good as well with fresh omelets made to order. The biggest problem with this hotel however is the fact that the lobby is a big open space acting as an auditorium for noise from the lobby. They also just allow kids to run around on all floors making my stay very restless to say the least. My suggestion is that the hotel only allow parties of five and up or parties that contains more than two kids on levels on levels 1 and 2.

Indoor pool closed with no prior notice. Hallways smell badly of cigarette smoke and weed. Check in and out have long lines and Customer service awful. Also outlets in bathroom don’t work at all.

Terrible because I didn’t get a chance to stay on the property. I mistakenly selected the wrong date and when I received the email the same day within an hour of booking, I realized the date selection was wrong. I selected 11/28/2025 and it should have been the next day which is 11-29-2025. Embassy Suites nor Hotels.com were willing to accommodate my change of date. I didn’t want a refund, I only wanted to correct the date to the next day. I was traveling from out of town for a funeral and now I have no where to stay because my credit card was already $162 for a one night stay which was the day I booked it. I’m extremely disappointed and upset because it was an innocent error. Now I would like to either have a refund or a voucher for a night stay when I return to Charleston.

We enjoyed our stay. This is our second time booking this hotel. The 2 bedroom queen suite rooms have adequate space for a family of 5 or 6. We love the full buffet breakfast with an omelette station and an evening reception with 2 free drinks and snacks. Highly recommended. Will book again.
