Well, for one thing we got the wrong room, when I walked into the bathroom there were dirty towels were dirty. There was makeup all over the hand towel. The connecting door wouldn’t shut all the way, It was jammed or broken. The Wi-Fi code didn’t work. Around 9:30, we got back from a concert and The neighbors next to us were banging on the connecting door and and the wall,being extremely loud we had to complain about it. Overall, our stay was extremely terrible from getting the wrong room to a dirty room, dirty towels. The neighbors were awful. The phones wouldn’t work so we went to complain about something we had to physically go downstairs to the front desk and tell them about it every single time. of course there were multiple complaints so we were constantly going up and down up and down up and down . Maintenance had to come in our room and fix the damn door because the neighbors could just walk right into our room if they want to they the door wouldn’t lock .

Just don’t , spare yourself.

We ended up paying online , when we got there they said we hadn’t paid (we did) then charged us for the room which we paid due to no choices , THEN charged us for a second time for the second room. We ended up paying probably 1,500 for a room that was supposed to be 300 for the weekend . The breakfast was terrible. The ceiling lights in the rooms didn’t work at all. The place was lit up by lamps. If this is how all embassy suites are , I will never go back .

I thought the hotel and lobby were very nice. Great greeting upon arrival. Hostess was a bit distracted with another customer so I was kind of dismissed. Lobby is very nice, lots of options. I was happy with the room at first glance. Unfortunately my tub had some curly hair and what looks like dirty footprints inside the tub.

This is my go-to hotel for travel in and around the area. I have deemed it so just after two stays. Everything's close, parking is ample and easy, and there are staff members that exceed expectations. Of those, Tamarra at the front desk and George in engineering stand out as they help me resolve and issue with the phone in my room. Above all, however, one particular member of your food service team Judith went out of her way to serve me all of the breakfast guests with delight. For two days I saw the smile on her face...and the pride in her work...Judith enjoys her job and she's outstanding at what she does!

I really enjoyed the fellowship time in the evening with a free drink and some snacks. Breakfast was delicious with a custom omelette.

Decent Enough Hotel

Overall a nice hotel, one front desk person was short concerning early check in; both bathrooms in the lobby smelled like urine, trash in the elevators that did not get picked up in 24 hours - otherwise a decent stay
