My husband and I stayed 2 nights here and had a wonderful stay! Free on street parking and the location is within a half mile walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Breakfast was great, the managers Joyce and Kat were friendly and knowledgeable. Bikes available for use and we rode 2 miles to the county park at the end of the island. We can't wait to return!

Love staying here

This was out 3rd stay here, we really love it. It's a beachy cottage with fun, quirky features. They are attentive and take care of you. Mrs. Joyce is amazing.

Good enough!

We had the smallest room, Brass Lady, which was fine since we really just needed a bedroom. It had a nice private porch and decent bathroom. The communal kitchen area was very nice and the hostess, Joyce, was a real treasure. We enjoyed her hospitality and conversation. Walk to the beach was easy and walk to pier for sunset was easier. We would stay here again.

Collection of cottages and the inn on the marsh side of the island. Old time beach feel. Very cozy and comfortable. Staff amazingly friendly and available. Kitchen available. Walk to main Folly Beach area easily. Will stay here again!

Cozy Oasis

This property was so quaint! Went here to what a friend to kickoff a bachelorette weekend and we loved it. Great location and incredible shower. Hated to leave for our next destination and would have stayed here longer. Planning to take our partners back.
