Staff was unfriendly, didn’t explain the deposit or $10 per day parking. I saw my account was charged over $600 I went to the front desk and that’s when everything was explained. The staff never greeted me and my family and I’m guessing because we’re black we were overlooked countless times even at breakfast! The hotel was very clean however the professionalism of the staff was very poor. Diversity training is very necessary for this establishment!

Everything and everyone were very nice. Where my low grade comes in, is the bathroom. It was not cleaned. Had hair all in the tub, and someone else’s dirty dried wash cloth hanging over the shower. I let them know and they offered to clean it, but shouldn’t have to ask.
