Room was clean but the microwave was in poor shape with a cracked tray and had a burning smell. Breakfast was decent, coffee was good. One night the police were banging on a neighboring door at 11:30pm which wasn't a great experience. Seems like lots of workers stay there but not ideal for families.

Clean room smelled delightful very nice staff. The toilet paper was to thick for me, I clogged the toilet and the stopper in the tub was broken and kept going down .. the phone didn’t work so I had to go all the way downstairs to let them know I needed a plunger. I didn’t have breakfast

Very clean room, staff very courteous. Breakfast was fantastic. Only complaint was electric outlets dont work properly. Cant get electricity out of them without manipulating it and kinking the chord to put pressure on the connection point. If they worked, that was only way. Usb ports same. Either dont work or have to manipulate chord. All outlets. Exhast fan in bathroom dont work at all. Called front desk from their room phone, they cant hear anything I say. Entry way light was intermittent which was fixed the next day.

I don’t think this deserves the 9.2 rating it has. They stopped filling up any breakfast items early. So we weren’t able to eat much. The front entrance smelled like smoke and the facility was just average. 30 minutes from downtown. I can say there are better options in West Ashley.
