Two Palms is a stunning new custom built home which is located less than 5 minutes from beautiful Folly Beach and 10 minutes from historic downtown Charleston. The home sleeps 10, has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and offers ample living space, making it perfect for a large family getaway.

The home is perfect for entertaining large families but cozy enough for smaller groups. When you first enter the home you are greeted with a bright and airy atmosphere created by large windows, vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. On the main level the home is equipped with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, dining room space with seating for 6 and additional seating at the island bar. Off of the kitchen and dining room sits the first of two large living room spaces. The living room comes with a large smart tv perfect for catching up on your favorite shows or enjoying an afternoon nap or book on the cozy sectional.

Also located on the main level you will find three of the five bedrooms. Located right off of the living room are two queen rooms fitted with cozy linens and large closets. In addition there is the guest bathroom, which has a tub shower combo.
Towards the back of the home ,you will find the master suite which has a large comfortable king mattress, ensuring a restful night`s sleep. The master suite is also equipped with a full en-suite bathroom which has a large double vanity, walk-in shower and a huge walk-in closet.

Upstairs features a loft with comfortable/quiet carpets and a wet bar complete with mini fridge for beverages. The Space is perfect for a card game/board game or movie night with all the comforts of home

The top floor also features two more bedrooms with comfortable queen beds and a large shared bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower.

The home also features several outdoor spaces. On the main level of the home you will find the screened in porch with comfortable seating which is perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or breakfast. On the front of the home you will find the tastefully decorated front porch which is a perfect spot to sip on a cold beverage and take in the sunsets and low country breezes,

On the ground level you will find an outdoor shower along with private, lockable storage, plenty of parking, propane grill and a cozy firepit.
