Long waits for elevators, breakfast line was very long as they ran out of plates. No milk for cereal. Ran out of food. Good hotel and value if it’s not busy, otherwise the staff is overwhelmed and it’s a zoo. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were fine. Just needs better management to anticipate the crowds and train staff.

Very nice hotel experience! They serve complimentary breakfast and dinner with popcorn in the middle of the day for a snack. Also, 3 complimentary adult beverages during happy hour! The only con is that there aren’t a lot of gluten free options or fresh fruit which you typically see at hotels these days. Again, not a major con.everything was wonderful.
