Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Sweet studio, awesome location

This studio was great--it had a very Euro feel to it--and the location was perfect. We enjoyed King Street, CofC, and the neighborhood vibe. Happy that we found this place.

great location and fine place to stay. Agree with other reviewers about the pillows and bedding. The mattress is dated and needs to be replaced. Even the cheaper hotels got the pillows and bedding right (Holiday Inn Express as one I stay often). If you need your car a lot this is not the place for you. It's a good 10 minute walk.

Amazing location!

My daughter and I stayed here for a weekend looking at College of Charleston. It was an easy walk to campus and to great shopping on Ling Street. Great coffee shops close for the mornings too! Highly recommend.

Great place to stay close to King Street

My husband and I enjoyed our time at this property. We had another Vrbo cancel on us 2 weeks before our trip for "overbooking" and I was able to book this place quickly. They had a storage place for our luggage before and after check out. It was a few blocks away but not bad at all to walk to! The apartment was clean, had a little kitchenette area and the property manager was always quick to respond to our messages. If you are looking for a place close to downtown, this is a great option!

Great Stay in Charleston

You cannot beat the location of this apartment. A short walk to King St and a short walk to the more exclusive restaurants of the cannonborough neighborhood. My husband and I stayed here for a 1 night anniversary trip. Host was an excellent communicator. We look forward to staying here again next time we are in Charleston.
