After a complete nightmare at a different hotel I transferred over to this one they were more than willing to accommodate what I needed done and working with my point system crap that was going on from the other hotel refunding me and no deposit form this place was an absolute God send a true blessing very clean rooms friendly staff quiet very very reasonable wonderful breakfast good scenery located around everything closed within walking distance I can't speak for the staff enough the staff at that front desk that I have had the pleasure of dealing with in the last 3 days have been absolutely wonderful

First toilet had leak and not flushing. Then room was situated cross from nigth club that produced loud music. Then they moved us after second nigth to another room where also the air conditioning was not working properly. Really this hotel needs a lot of work.

Seen a roach after rebooking my stay for another 3 days . Security deposits are a hassle to get back even when u leave the stay with no problems . Oh and if ur black this is not the area of town to be in . Profiling is a hobby in Summerville . The hotel has a lot of potential, but for the wrong area of town .

The gentleman at the desk is always pleasant and professional. The rooms are always spotless. It’s super close to shopping and dinning and it’s 20 minutes from the airport.

There were roaches in this hotel I actually thought it was a fluke initially but I was killing roaches my entire stay. At one point when I spoke to the front desk receptionist she actually said “ I haven’t had any complaints” she also said “I mean it’s a hotel we have roaches”. I have stayed in too many hotels to name and I have NEVER I MEAN NEVER SEEN ROACHES. She proceeded to give me a nice full can of RAID 😳 haven’t had any complaints huh but you have roach spray on deck , Ms Please! Unfortunately because of the time frame there were no hotels available.

Spot on sheet. Changed on request. Bedspread was a little dirty in spots. Front desk staff and cleaning crew were outstanding. Breakfast had meager offerings. The stay was pretty good until Friday night when loud music started about 9 pm and didn’t stop until 1:55 am. My impression was that there was a bar nearby.

Asked for a late check out, which as a traveling band, we need that flexibility and have never in 18 years of touring run into a hotel which wouldn’t accommodate that request. Were hounded to leave at 11am after arriving at 2:30am. Ultimately not a venue we can stay at I t he future.

The hotel is looking pretty shabby. We were arrived around noon, most hotels will let you in the room early if it’s ready. The hotel was empty, very few guests and they said if we wanted to get the room early it would cost an additional 50.00. Check in at 3 and leave at 11:00. The original reason for checking in at 3:00 was to give the maids time to get the rooms ready, it was never intended to turn a guest away when a room is ready. 3:00 is was never meant to be a disservice. I use to be check in at 11 and check out at 11:00. It has become a scam! The breakfast only had 1 yogurt and the milk was half full and we were the first to arrive for breakfast.

The list is too long to list. For starters eh ked in at 9pm. The the toilet was clogged, went to the front desk and they did not have a plunger and that maintenance would not be in till 8am. I have to go to Home Depot to buy my own plunger. I saw two bed bugs, and a few roaches.. I took photos. Night time front desk was cold, acted like she was forced to say nice things. Didn't seem realistic more an act. I was there because my father's funeral was down the street I was traveling from out of state and funeral expenses had limited my funds to find a better place.. I should have just spent the extra money.. Don't stay here... Play the extra money to stay elsewhere.
