Overall a fairly decent hotel. Nothing fancy. Free breakfast was nice to have available. The main thing for lower stars for us is there’s no elevator so lifting heavy luggage wasn’t easy but for anyone with physical disabilities it could be a challenge,

The hotel was under renovation and there was dust, paint chips and the smell of new paint. I’m surprised that Best Western has a hotel of this poor of quality. I would not recommend this chain of hotels to anyone.
