Everything was perfect! We were on a girls’ trip and the location is incredible and the service was top notch - every single hotel staff member we met cared for us and genuinely wanted to help. We had an amazing time! Special shout out to Tasha who works breakfast - she was delightful and just an incredible lady. Thank y’all so much for the perfect stay.

The Loutrel was terrific overall. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Great little additions throughout the day, including breakfast and a happy hour. Highly recommend.

Are room was spotless and so was the rest of the property. Great location and there is a nice parking garage one block from the property that charges $24.00 per day. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming but sufficient. Coffee in the room was great and so were the free snacks and water. Room was also very quiet. Overall great experience. We would definitley stay here again.

I wish there was a Loutrel in every city I traveled to. Everything was wonderful. The beds and pillows were exceptional. Snacks and drinks in the room are included, unheard of in other hotels. Happy hour included with your stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

Super chic hotel located within walking distance of all things downtown Charleston! The added amenities, just enhanced the entire stay (wonderful drinks and appetizers every evening, cold water and iced tea station all day, amazing hot breakfast every morning); just awesome! Everyone we encountered from the valet to front desk to bar to kitchen and housekeeping were friendly and hospitable. Rooms are also amazing.. spacious and cozy! We loved our stay!
