The Captain's retreat is a 3 bedroom villa located on 1 acre estate 500 ft about sea level with large private pool, gardens, views of ocean and Nevis peak.

Quiet and secluded yet just minutes away from amenities and attractions.

The property is 2 minutes to grocery stores such as Rams and ValueMart. And a 5 minute drive to Pinney's Beach.

Stunning views of Nevis Peak, hummingbirds and morning visits from the Monkeys.

Family friendly 1 acre property with Main house, fenced pool, large flat yard, gardens, fruit trees, cement walking path and views of Nevis Peak and Caribbean Sea.

There are multiple outdoor seating areas including dining and lounge furniture. Pool deck has dining table for 6 and lounge couch and chair seating for 6. Gazebo has lounge chairs for 3. Main house patio has dining for 4 and lounge couch/chair for 4. Main house also has a second floor covered porch with seating for 4-5.

Property is furnished with high quality comfortable furniture from US brands including Pottery Barn, Williams & Sonoma Home, Serena & Lily, Annie Selke and Polywood outdoor furniture.

Children’s Amenities: Crib, bassinet, safety gates and high chair available. Toys, books and puzzles available.

True Paradise

This property is true paradise with views of mount Nevis (and ocean views!), a private pool, and 1 acre of botanical landscaping to stroll around and play lawn games. We enjoyed having the luxury of the main home and the guest house creating plenty of privacy and space for our group. We spent a lot of time relaxing at the pool and the home. The location was a quick drive from the grocery store and other amenities, and a great jumping off point to explore the beaches, town, and other island spots.
