Charlevoix & Petoskey are charming towns with many activities including boating, bike paths, golfing, nature preserves, Petoskey stones, restaurants, snow skiing, and more!

Boyne Mt 30 minute drive, Highlands and Nubs Nob nearby.

Our home has an unrivaled 150 foot flat private Lake Michigan beach. Beautiful large open floor plan accommodates large families, retreats and reunions.

Sleeps 24 comfortably (4 Kings, 2 Queens, 12 Twins). 4 King bedrooms with ensuite baths. 6 and 1/2 baths.

ADA compliant ramp allowing access to main floor. Accessible bathroom on Main floor with roll in shower.

Gourmet kitchen with dual built-in Monogram All-Refrigerator and All-Freezer. Convection oven with microwave. Coffee bar with expresso machine. Spacious pantry with additional fridge. Plenty of seating around the large dining room table (12), kitchen island (4)and bar (4).

The Main Floor features the Kitchen/Dining/Great
Room/Bar with icemaker, fireplace and sprawling views of Lake Michigan. Main floor also features the master king bedroom, queen bedroom, two baths and access to an additional bedroom over the garage.
Large covered deck with a gas fire pit and an additional 24'x36' open deck, is just off the Dining Room on the Main Floor. A gas grill is off the kitchen for barbequing. Large outdoor table seating for 18 is on the deck.

Lower level features a second large gathering space includes a bar, large TV, and game table with 4 chairs. There are 3 king bedrooms with baths, one half bath and laundry area. Walk out to the beach.

Outdoor there are 4 Kayaks, 1 paddle board, Gaga pit, hammock, Adirondack seating, beachside deck and firepit.
Child swings, a second hammock and a porch swing are located under the deck with a view of the water. Outdoor shower located at the base of the deck to wash away the sand.

Outdoor Electric Sauna available!

The large, smoothly-paved circle driveway provides parking for 7 cars and many hours of biking fun for kids. Use of the 3 tandem bikes and several single bikes are there at your disposal. A ping pong table can be found in the garage.

For security, Ring doorbells are located at front door, garage and attached to the deck viewing the lake. Decibel monitors are in use on the outdoor deck and inside home. They do not record audio.

Regretfully we are not a wedding venue and cannot host events or parties.

The house is beautiful and accommodated our large family. The owners have done a great job at having things to make a vacation even better and worry free: from the ice machine to the kayaks, a fully stocked kitchen to fire wood giving us an opportunity to enjoy a campfire on the beach. Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories. One thing I would recommend is to bring water shoes as the beach is quite rocky and filled with shells.

Another great stay!

This was our fourth time spending a summer week at this lovely lake house! The home is beautiful and comfortably accommodates our extended family of 21. We enjoyed numerous spectacular Lake Michigan sunsets from the deck and ventured into the new sauna on one of the cooler days. We enjoyed the many thoughtful touches throughout the property, the kayaks, ice maker, espresso machine, and large tables for dining together as a family. The location makes it easy to go to downtown Charlevoix to visit the shops, restaurants, and farmers' market. The hosts are very attentive to any issues that arise. We loved our visit and are grateful for the time we were able to spend at this beautiful home!

Great house with beautiful view

This house was completely true to the VRBO listing and then some. There was plenty of room for 11 adults, including several elderly people and one with impaired mobility. The house was also very well-stocked, allowing us to easily cook and serve large family meals. The view from the deck was beautiful, and, yes, we found several petoskey stones and other fossils along the beach. Owners were responsive, easy to communicate with.

Looking for a dream vacation spot?

The house and property were as we remembered as our family stayed here two summers ago. The home is spacious, comfortable, and very accommodating to large families. The deck is phenomenal with a short walk to the private beach on Lake Michigan. Our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this rental. We’re only sorry that in looking at next summer’s availability, there appears to be nothing that works within our time frame. We highly recommend this property for a superb family vacation spot!

One of the Best VRBO's around

This vacation home has it all. Lots of bedrooms, baths and living space. Kitchen is huge and well stocked. Love the decking with gas fire pit and very large table for dining. Overlooks beautiful Lake Michigan-Kayaks, beach, fire pit. Love the quaint town of Charlevoix with Boats, shops and eateries. Our second time here-family loves it!

Beautiful & spacious home on Lake Michigan

Our five families (20 in total - grandparents + children & spouses + 10 grandkids) will treasure our summer memories of this comfortable house and beautiful location forever. Kayak trips to the point, building sand castles on the beach, swimming around the cove, hunting for Petoskey stones, cooking S'mores around a campfire, bike rides around the neighborhood, hikes up the dune at nearby Mt. Sauba, watching the sun set over Lake Michigan, family dinners around a single table on the deck or in the dining area, puzzles in the main area, kids playing with the house's toys, in the nook under the stairs, trips to nearby downtown Charlevoix for a café experience, farm-fresh produce and local art. This house had just about everything we could possibly need for a most enjoyable and comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped to accommodate many family meals, the comfortable common areas provided ample space to relax without ever feeling crowded. Many beautiful sunsets were viewed from the deck and endless hours of play on the beach were enjoyed by all.

Epic Family Vacation

This amazingly beautiful property exceeded our expectations! The accommodations were perfect for our group which included my father, who has difficulty walking, and five families with children ranging from the age of 5 to 18. Beach access, a gorgeous deck and view of Lake Michigan, two huge inside gathering areas, bike ride distance to the park for pickleball fun, etc. We could not ask for more. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We feel blessed for being able to stay there.

Absolutely perfect!

Our group of business owners spent a weekend, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The host was amazing, and nothing was overlooked as far as amenities go. Plenty of sleeping area, and we especially enjoyed the large tables to accommodate everyone at meal times. The deck and beach are both perfect for evening conversations and drinks. The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious. Just can't say enough about how great this property is! Don't hesitate to book your stay. We'll definitely be back.

Spacious, well-equipped house on Lake Michigan

Our 2 extended families with small children to grandparents couldn’t have wanted a better place for our 10 day escape from Texas heat. On rainy, chilly days we enjoyed the expansive living areas and on nicer days we hung out late into the night around the beach fire pit, after exploring the surrounding area. We highly recommend Michelle from Amor Comida for a private chef experience, too. All in all a special time.
