Ideal for families, business travelers, events, relocations, and extended stays, this comfortable home keeps you close to Bank of America Stadium, Truist Field, Spectrum Center, the NASCAR Hall of Fame, museums, parks, breweries, dining, and shopping.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, a cozy living area with Smart TV and streaming access, high-speed Wi-Fi, in-unit washer and dryer, and a dedicated off-street parking spot.
The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays and stocked with fresh linens, towels, starter kitchen and bathroom supplies, a coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and everyday essentials.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Unique guest access codes are provided before check-in, and our team is available through the app during your stay. Optional mid-stay cleaning is available by request for an added charge.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash any cookware, dishes or utensils that are used or load everything that's used into the dishwasher and insert a cleaning pod. The cleaning service will run a wash.
Be sure all water is turned off. Close all windows and turn thermostat to 70 degrees in the warmer months. If cold weather, set thermostat to 62 degrees. Make sure door locks behind you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The host was amazing and very kind. We got in around 2am and had trouble checking in (our own fault, we went to the wrong 306c) and we had to bother him with a phone call. He called us back immediately. Everything was as shown/described and was a great place to stay for the week, very homey. My only “complaints” were the remote in the living room was temperamental, the lint trap in the dryer looked like it hadn’t had the lint removed in a year which is not only a hazard for whoever is staying there that uses it but the owner, and upon removing the linen in the master bedroom we noticed an old blood stain on one of the pillows. But other than that last one, it’s really just me nitpicking. We truly enjoyed our stay and would 100% stay again! Thank you!!
