The room was lovely and well designed although the carpet and furniture need a deep clean. They only have an expresso machine in the room. Would have preferred refular coffee, although available in the lobby, and would like a tea option. Parking is limited and the spaces are small so larger vehicles could not park properly. The walls were thin and we had loud people there singing, playing music and talking loud. So not a good night. The first night was quite restful. The beds are low and firm. The room is spacious and well designed. The elevator could also be heard even though we were middle of the hall. Next, time I'll select an end unit. You cannot beat the location and walkability in the Southpark area. I will stay here again for the location and convenience. I'll be much more selective of my room.

Nice hotel, clean, safe area very close to South Park Mall. Tried to have dinner one night at 9 but they said they were closed (even though the hours were until 10 PM). Tried to order room service and was put on hold with nobody ever picking the phone up again. I would stay again though just know in advance dinner hours listed may not be followed.

I’m so conflicted- this could have been an excellent stay. The property itself and the room decor is so nice and the beds are very comfortable. The general area is very nice, but directly adjacent to the hotel is construction. The worst part is the lack of adequate parking. I had to park in overflow parking which was a bit of a walk up an incline when carrying luggage. The hotel had problems finding my confirmed reservation upon check-in, but eventually found it after about 10-15 minutes, so check-in took longer than desired and the staff did apologize for the extended wait.

No valet was a bummer. Parking sucked until we found another guest who could give us details to the second ramp. Staff overall needs to be more knowledgeable. We asked if there was room service and the response was I dont know. We asked another staff about the restaurant hours and response was 'i think we are open till 10pm'.

Great but be prepared

Super clean and quiet hotel, that’s also located in a great area. Only dislike was the extra fees. Why are the fees twice as much as the stay and there’s no notice of this before booking. Parking is $15 plus tax each night and an extra $100 each night on top of what you already paid for the reservation. So I had over $300 worth of fees. Luckily I got my deposit back but that’s ridiculous.
