About this space
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located & tucked away cozy townhome. You won’t regret staying in a clean & uniquely styled home, looking straight at Charlotte’s skyline. Built just 1 year ago, Casa CLT is clean and updated with the best appliances, and a unique rooftop terrace providing an experience - making you never want to leave! This house fits 8 guests maximum.
The space
You'll have the full bedroom with ample storage space (double closet) and fully connected, private full bathroom. You'll also have the kitchen, living room, 2 half baths, patio off of the kitchen, top floor lounge room, and full rooftop terrace.
Guest access
I'm not home very often, only a few days a month (typically during the middle of the week). So, even though I have a guest room blocked off for me, I wanted to dedicate every other part of the house to make you feel right at home.
Guests will have access to everything except for the master bedroom and utility closet.
Only 5 minutes to the Southend and Uptown parts of the city, CASA CLT is walking distance from the Panther’s stadium, Charlotte Knights stadium, Charlotte FC, and just a few minute drive to the Spectrum Center and Fillmore for concerts and events.
High-speed fiber optic internet, Fully equipped kitchen.
The inside has a good entertainment set up for small groups.
As soon as you open the door, be prepared to be prepared to be wowed by the art / neon sign decorations providing endless selfie opportunities.

EARLY CHECK IN/ LATE CHECK OUT-
If you need special accommodations with check-in/late check out we will gladly help
UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check in fee is $50. payment has to be provided upon request.
Late check-out request are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guest arrive. In event we do not have a reservation following yours we will gladly accommodate for a $50 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you and extend the day and night at a special rate.
All late check out requests must be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out.
Our Home is a non smoking establishment.
Any smoke damage or paraphernalia found guest will be charged $1000.
ANY UN-AUTHORIZED PARTY WILL RESULT IN A $1000 fee.
**Please note there will be an extra fee for a booking of 5 guests or more ($50 / guest for the entire stay.)
