3) I do not have a violent criminal background and understand that I may not stay here if found to have a criminal background. NOTE: If you book this place and are found to have a criminal history, you will not receive keys and will not be refunded for your stay.
4) I agree to carefully review the check-in and check-out instructions prior to arrival, and display the appropriate parking pass to avoid being towed.
5) I will check in after 3 PM unless arrangements have been made in writing in advance, and early check in fees paid.
6) I will check out no later than 11 AM unless arrangements have been made in writing in advance, and late check out fees paid.
