John was a tremendous host--welcoming and responsive, plus nice touches with white noise machines in the bedrooms, and chargers for cell phones. We were visiting our daughter in Charlotte and the Jetty was the perfect place for us--only a mile from uptown Charlotte, ample parking, and great for walking our dogs. The place was clean and comfortable. Hope it's available the next time we visit!

We had a fantastic experience here! The hosts were super responsive - literally responding within minutes to any question I had prior to arrival. The rental is just as it looks in the pictures - clean, well-appointed, lots of amenities, close to everything, in a walkable neighborhood, and close to the gold line. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great Stay!!!

This property is in a great location and is nice and clean with nice extras included! The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Left plenty of supplies and a very personal note with a gift card to a wonderful coffee shop for us. Nice and clean! Would stay here again. Thanks for the great stay!!
